Terms and Conditions:

Please take a moment to review the Shipping, Timing, & Product Availability Information. This will explain the timing of your order, as it does not all come together at one time. We know that this seems unusual, but there are a lot of moving pieces that go into your Graduation orders and as long as you understand the timing of things, we will work hard to meet or exceed your expectations.  Please review this information prior to checkout.


Shipping, Timing & Product Availability:

Senior Swag items, such as senior apparel, souvenir tassels, and other novelties are available right away!  You can choose to have your order shipped directly to your home or to pick up your order in our office, in Bettendorf, IA.  Store Pickup orders will be processed and available for pickup, generally within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.  You will receive an email from Moments with Class when your order is ready and available for pickup.  Orders with direct shipping will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after receipt of your paid order.  Orders containing Senior Swag along with Cap & Gown and/or Fine Paper Products will still be processed, but only the "swag" portion of your order will be delivered right away.  (Keep reading for more details.)

Fine Paper Products (Graduation Announcements, Namecards, Stationary, and Senior Jewelry, not including Custom Class Rings) will be shipped directly to the shipping address provided on your order, in the Spring of 2022 (March or April) IF Direct Shipping is chosen.  If you choose Store Pickup, you will receive an email when your order is available for pickup at Moments with Class. NOTE:  This will still be in March or April of 2022 for the "Fine Paper" portion of your order and this delivery time frame is determined in part, by your school. 

*In some cases, your order will arrive sooner if we ship it directly to you.  If this saves time, Moments with Class reserves the right to direct ship portions of your order to you, rather than asking you to come by to pick it up. Please provide proper shipping address to avoid delays, even when selecting Store Pickup.


Yard Signs are custom-designed and printed upon receiving your order.  This process will take 2-3 weeks to complete.  You can choose Store Pickup or select Direct Shipping to your home.  You will receive an email from Moments with Class when your order is ready and available for pickup. Orders with Direct Shipping will be processed and shipped as soon as the sign is complete.


Photo Uploads:  For yard signs that include a photo, hi-res photos must be uploaded at time of purchase.  The photo must be 1800 pixels to ensure good quality on the yard sign.  If the quality of the photo is less than 1800 pixels, the customer assumes responsibility for what may appear as a grainy photo on the Yard Sign.


Cap & Gown Units are delivered to the students at the school, in the spring, and will NOT be shipped directly to your mailing address. The Cap & Gown Distribution dates are determined by the school.  The date and time of this distribution period will be communicated by the school and (when possible) also via email from Moments with Class.  Check your school’s calendar for distribution dates - many of them take place at Graduation Rehearsal.

Class Rings take approximately 8 weeks to produce to your specifications.  This will be inspected and shipped to your home address unless specified otherwise in the notes of your shopping cart.  Check out the Class Rings page of our site for more details about the lifetime warranty, lifetime re-sizing, and lost ring program OR to design even more custom Class Ring options than is available in this package.  Please try to have your student's finger sized with a physical ring sizer, either at the school office, in the Moments office, or at your local jeweler.


Return Policy:

Each Graduation Order is made custom based on your online order.  That goes for Senior Apparel, Fine Paper Products, Class Rings, and your Cap & Gown.  Please check sizes prior to ordering to avoid unnecessary stress for your Senior Year and Graduation.

That being said, exchanges of Senior Swag items will be accepted with the following stipulations:

  1. Contact Moments with Class via website contact form or text message within 10 days of receiving your product.
  2. Eligible items for exchange are limited to Senior Swag items. Personalized & Customized Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping on the item(s).  Moments with Class does not cover return shipping and does reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, in some cases, up to 25% of the item’s value.
  4. Items returned should be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of wear or washing.
  5. A return authorization number must be included with any returned merchandise.  Contact Moments with Class via website contact form or by text message to receive a return authorization number.  Allow 2-3 business days to process your return request.  Upon receiving the merchandise, replacements will be either sent by mail, or become available for Store Pickup.


Cap & Gown Refund Policy:

If a student does not participate in the graduation for any reason, you can request a refund on any undeliverednon-personalized product.  We DO require written notification by the student or parent, (not by the school) prior to graduation.  Upon notification of a refund request from the student/parent, we will email you a Refund Request Form, which must be completed online and submitted to our office prior to your school's graduation day in order for any refund to be considered.

Products are NOT transferable from one year to another. Pre-delivered and personalized items, as well as any handling, processing, and late fees, are non-refundable.

At which time the student takes possession of any portion of the Senior Graduation order, despite graduation status, all items are non-refundable.

No refund requests will be accepted after graduation day, or June 1, 2022 (whichever comes first).  In some cases, refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee.  All approved refund requests will be processed after June 15th and completed by June 30th.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.

In order to prioritize fulfilling orders, the Moments Team will often not be available by phone.  We will do our very best to get back to you by the end of the day, or within 24 hours.  Please leave only ONE message, as multiple messages does lead to an increase in response time.  Thank you!
